 New - FHO Opportunities

• Due to retirement, practice of 1,400 pts. available at a well managed FHO of 13 physicians (in a larger FHT of 21) with many allied health  professionals on site. Available April 2024
• FHO/FHT Family Physician Positions Available: Grandview Medical Center, Cambridge ON:

We are currently looking for physicians to join our large and well established FHO/FHT in Cambridge, Ontario. There is opportunity to take over existing patients and/or build  your own roster. We offer a competitive overhead shared amongst 16 physicians.

We will soon be moving our operations next door to the new three story building once the final stages of construction have been completed. This will be a brand new, state of the art Family Medicine facility (please see the attached photo). Personal offices for physicians available.

Family Health Team members include: Clinical Pharmacists, Social Workers, Diabetic Educators, Chiropodist and Dieticians.

Tenants in house include: Lifelabs, Xray/Ultrasound, Massage Therapy, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Audiology and Counselling Services   We pride ourselves in being a very close-knit and     collegial group.

Locums

Current locum opportunities consist of:

• Locum needed one day per week (preferably Friday) in a well-managed FHO of 8 physicians’ part of a larger FHT of 21 physicians with many allied health professionals on site. Available January 2024 – ongoing.
• Locum needed two days per week in same FHO of 8 physicians’ part of larger FHT of 21 physician – could be combined with opportunity above to work 3 or 4 days per week in same clinic.
• Locum needed for three to four weeks in March of 2024 – three to four days per week in a FHO of six physicians.
• Locum needed in solo office, but part of a FHO of 8, 1,200 rostered patients and 30 LTC beds in total. 4 to 6 weeks in summer of 2024.
• Locum needed in office of two physicians, part of a FHO of 8, 6 to 8 weeks in summer of 2024.

Cambridge Memorial Hospital – Due to the recent expansion of our 140-bed community hospital, CMH has recently completed an exciting Capital Redevelopment Project with brand new facilities in Emergency, Critical Care, Inpatient Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics, Pathology, Respirology, Pediatrics and Mental Health.
